PMC offers Preventive Maintenance Program and AI Emergency Services to many VIP clients. The PMAIES offers routine preventive maintenance services and AI for emergency services via cloud base. The client is able to log on to the portal to request a maintenance log, track service calls/tickets, and confirm PM service requests as well as request emergency services 24/7.

The AI emergency services will help clients to identify the building issues through online interaction and then dispatch the corresponding service technician on site for troubleshooting.
