Construction Management (CM)

Commitment by the CM for construction performance to deliver the project within a defined schedule and price. CM provides construction input to the owner during design phases and becomes the construction manager during the construction phase.

Design-Build (DB)

Includes one entity (design-builder) and a single contract with the owner to provide architectural/engineering design services and construction.
